The in-stay guest companion: digital check-in, folio view, upsell offers, service requests, and loyalty status — the guest's window into the hotel8 services.

What it demonstrates​

  • Digital check-in — the guest checks in from the app; PMS updates the reservation and room status in the same audited flow.
  • Upsell surfacing — Hotel8:Upsell's context-appropriate offers appear with acceptance flowing back as a folio charge or reservation change.
  • Loyalty at a glance — tier progress and point balance live from the loyalty engine's events.
